Usage Fee
 

Users who use this service shall pay us the fee for the plan separately determined by us as an enrollment fee and monthly membership service usage fee. The usage fee may be revised due to changes in the contents of this service. In addition, when revising the usage fee, we shall notify the member in advance by the prescribed method. If we change the usage fee, the usage fee at the time of the contract will be applied during the contract period of this contract, but the change fee will be applied on the payment date of the next month.

Payment period
 

Users will pay one month's worth of this service usage fee in advance. Users will pay the event fee in advance before participating if the event fee they applied for is not included in the usage fee of this service. Users will pay for products and services in advance when purchasing products.
 

Period of use of this service
 

For calculation of the service usage period, the first day shall be the day when the user applies for the service and the activation of the service is completed. After that, this service can be used until the period for which the payment was made.
 

Cancellation/Refund/Return
 

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations due to the circumstances of users after the purchase is completed. In addition, we will not refund the fee you paid. 
 

Cancellation/withdrawal
 

If a user cancels or withdraws from the contract for using any of the Services, the user shall follow the cancellation procedure in accordance with the method prescribed by us. Upon completion of the cancellation procedure, the contract for the relevant service shall be cancelled. In this case, the user shall, at his or her own responsibility, confirm the notice of cancellation from us. When cancelling multiple services, the cancellation procedure shall be performed for each service. Even if the user cancels or withdraws based on the preceding paragraph, we will not refund the usage fee already received. We may delete the user information.
